It’s kind of funny how Zavetnici show up only once a year, when Mirdita happens, as if they were performers for March 8th. It is important to speak about preserving Dečani, those claiming them as Albanian are mad.
The unique cultural event “Mirëdita, dobar dan!”, which introduces the Kosovo cultural and social scene to the Belgrade audience, will be held from October 22 to October 24 in Belgrade.
The“Mirëdita, dobar dan!” festival, an event to be held in Belgrade for the sixth time presenting modern cultural and social scene of Kosovo, is to be closed today at 7PM with an award presentation to the authors of the film ’Albanian Women Are Our Sisters’ and to ’Samizdat B92’ for exceptional contribution to reconciliation and the culture of remembrance of the peace activists from Serbia and Kosovo.

Regarding the new threats by Miljan Damjanovic, deputy of the Serbian Radical Party in Serbian Parliament, that they will by all means prevent the festival “Mirëdita, Dobar dan!” to be held, the Youth Initiative for Human Rights invites the competent institutions to react.
