Conference “Prevention of Torture in the Balkan Region – Sharing Best Practices and Experiences” was held in Tirana on June 23 and 24. The conference was organised by the Youth Initiative for Human Rights (YIHR) Montenegro, a GA member, Albanian Rehabilitation Centre for Trauma and Torture (ARCT), YIHR Serbia and International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT) from Denmark.
